The Alexandria Principles

1. Knowledge should be understandable. Technical accuracy and plain language must coexist.
2. Evidence over opinion. Popularity and anecdote do not outrank published research.
3. Every major claim is traceable. Readers should be able to inspect the supporting PMID.
4. Uncertainty is information. Weak, missing, or conflicting evidence must be shown.
5. AI is a librarian, not a doctor. It organizes supplied evidence; it does not diagnose or prescribe.
6. Source boundaries are enforceable. Medical evidence is restricted to PubMed-indexed literature.
7. Science changes. Reports are versioned and refreshed as PubMed changes.
